It was an unsettled week with quite a number of weather systems pushing across the Thurso catchment. The heaviest rain and strongest winds came throughout Friday and Saturday as storm Darragh made its presence felt. River levels peaked at 44 inches. While this is certainly a fair push of water it will do no damage to the infrastructure or the salmon redds. 

The weather is looking more settled for the next week or so.
