February ended with no fresh fish caught and the search will continue into March. Much like January it was cold and wet until the final week which offered more promising weather for fishing. However, the last week didn't pass without incident with a fresh fish lost on Thursday, along with a few intriguing pulls and offers it feels the first fish of the season is not far away.

We head into March with a full loch and for the first time in many months a more settled spell of weather.
