The weather has turned a little cooler and this looks set to continue into the first half of next week.
Full floating lines are still the order of the day but should any more rain fall on already sodden ground then higher levels may require a sink tip.

Flies are still on the large side with anything from 1 to 3 inches in total length. Favourites at this time of the year are the good old Willie Gunn, Park Shrimp and the Puppy dog, all in various weights depending on the depth of the pool being fished.
