A small rise in river levels has seen fish on the move again with even a few older residents on the upper beats showing more willing to chase a fly.  Early next week looks warm and settled before more unsettled weather later in the week. Early mornings and late evenings will always be a good time. Fly size remains small with 12s and 14s, patterns such as cascade, silver stoat and the Alistair very popular over the last few weeks.
