Next weeks weather looks settled with a light to moderate wind generally from a southerly direction. With this building high pressure little rain is expected certainly for the early part of next week.
Small flies are the way to go with, size 12s and 14s and possibly even as small as 16s fished of a full floating line, the general well known patterns such as cascades, park shrimp and silver stoats should cover most situations, but dont be afraid to try a hitch or a sunray in some the pools with numbers of fish in them. As always with lower water conditions and light winds stealth is the key, bigger rods and heavy lines may spook your intended quarry so do not be afraid to try a single handed rod or a very light double hander.
Tight lines and safe travels to all visiting us next week.
